Abstract
The president of a construction company is having difficulties with a joint venture company. He decides to go to Kenya where he quickly realizes the gravity of the situation. In a series of meetings with local officials and drawing on his technical expertise, he defends his company''s products and refutes the charges of inadequacy made against the proposed systems. He must also contend with a variety of new problems encountered by the company while operating in Kenya. This is a follow-up to Solartron (B), case 9A82C034.
